I was wondering why my site was receiving some activity today with search terms bringing up the “Perfect Posture” infographic I posted a while ago.  Well, it turns out there’s a NEW, and a little more info-y one posted, which I happened to find over at dailyinfographic.com.

So, to all of you slumping over your desks, or slouching back in your chairs – read this and try to form some better posture-ific habits!  Speaking for myself, I could use the advice as well!
