I used this video in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology class I’m teaching this semester to illustrate the different styles of leadership which were presented in the course text, compared to the orchestral conductors who are portrayed in the talk.  I think it’s a great video, and being a musician myself, it particularly tugs on my own heart strings!
