I’m a recent graduate with a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology looking to assist in the organizational learning and development initiatives in any related business prospects.

I value creativity, innovation, and “outside-the-box” thinking.  Plus I’ve been told I have a great sense of humor!

I decided to create this website to try and build an online presence to supplement LinkedIn.  I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve had a difficult time keeping up with a previous blog I created, and it definitely fizzled out.  But I would really like to use this site to share anything I happen to find interesting regarding organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology, and management science.

On that, please keep in mind that I am mostly looking for any employment opportunities, as mentioned above.  Thus, any communications regarding such matters will be treated with my immediate attention.
